Simon Guillebaud

Simon Guillebaud felt called to Burundi during the Civil War in 1999. He lived in Burundi for many years and steadily identified and befriended world class Burundian leaders bringing transformation in different “pillars of transformation” including agriculture, business, church and evangelism, health and education. Chad Norris. Key Relationships.

Chad's married up, and fathered up, and generally feels he has got what he doesn't deserve! Chad and Wendy live in the beautiful Charleston, SC. After a lifetime in ministry, Chad mentors various pastors and business leaders and importantly retains scratch golf honors.

For GLO, Chad draws others into the privilege of our partnership with Burundi, hosts trips to Burundi, and expands our donor base in the US.

Lisa Burton. Finance.

Lisa is married to the love of her life, David. Together they have three grown children, an amazing son-in-law, and two adorable grandchildren who bring them endless joy. Above all, their hearts belong to the Lord, with their family being her greatest earthly blessing.

Lisa loves her work with Great Lakes Outreach (GLO), delights in being “Nana,” and finds joy in serving others. Her love language? Baking cookies and cakes for people she loves.
